They lend to accept the norms which men have made and even when there is a talk about equality, they do not really examine it closely or consider what is good or an ideal situation for implementation. Men and most women are unaware of the potential ability of women. It may be remembered that men will not know their true selves until and unless they allow women to develop their full potential.

The modern woman has not merely competed successfully with man, in many a sphere supposed once upon a time to be the preserves of the male, but actually displaced/or beaten him, even if far a change. And, the emotional strings are destined everlastingly to be pulled by the fair hands so long as human nature stays as it has been fashioned by the Creatorat least in the present cycle of creation. The concept of development is multifaceted. It may be defined to mean the process of efforts to attain specific standard of life to have fullness of life, especially for women emphasis is to be given on planned social change, the provision of essential resources that project the environment. The concept of sustainable development stems from a state of balance in diverse variables pertinent to human life and such indices influence human life in social, culture, economic, political and spiritual spheres of one's life. Undoubtedly, development means unfolding-unfolding the full potential of every human being."
